Make the next decision with better information.

You may be taking over a building, reviewing repeated repair recommendations or trying to understand whether maintenance is meeting expectations. An inspection gives the question a defined scope and records the findings.

Tell us what prompted the request and which records are available. We agree the areas to be assessed and the access needed, then explain the observations and any further investigation recommended.

What we can help with.

01

Condition assessment

Understand the condition of accessible equipment within the agreed inspection scope, with observations to support repair and budget decisions.

02

Maintenance review

Discuss concerns about servicing and provide the recent visit records. The review can consider the work recorded alongside the condition found.

03

Repair checks

If you need a review after repair work, share the quotation, job record and the concern to be investigated so the scope can be agreed.

From enquiry to next steps.

Our Dartford team supports properties across Kent and Medway. Start with the lift details and the work you need.

Areas we cover
01

Set out the question

Explain the issue, the property and the decision you need to make. Include recent reports and relevant repair history.

02

Agree scope and access

We confirm what can be inspected and the arrangements for the visit. Additional investigation may be needed where access or available information is limited.

03

Use the findings

A written record helps you discuss remedial work, seek clarification from existing providers or plan a wider project.

Your questions,
answered.

Is this a statutory LOLER examination?

No. A condition inspection or maintenance review does not replace a thorough examination. We can separately help arrange an independent third-party LOLER provider.

Can you inspect equipment maintained by someone else?

Yes. Explain the purpose of the review and share the relevant records. Any attendance and access arrangements should be coordinated for the building.

Will an inspection include every possible test?

No. The scope is agreed for the question being investigated. If further specialist or supplementary testing is needed, that is discussed separately.
